Freshness that delights: citrus, minerality and a fine muscat note. Clear, lively and vibrant, Sylvie shows refreshing citrus aromatics, mineral accents and a subtle muscat note. On the palate it is crisp, light and refreshing.

Producer story
Nadine Saxer
The Saxer family estate is located in Neftenbach in the Zurich wine region. Founded by Jürg Saxer in the 1990s on historic vineyard land, it continues a family winegrowing tradition that has been rooted in the region since 1840. Since 2011, his daughter Nadine Saxer has run the estate together with her husband Stefan Gysel Saxer, a trained oenologist. Together they built a new cellar into the hillside and continued to develop the range. Across around 14 hectares of prime Zurich vineyards, they cultivate classic varieties such as Pinot Noir and Riesling-Sylvaner alongside specialities including Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Räuschling and Cabernet. Hand harvesting, gentle vinification and targeted barrel ageing shape wines that have won awards in Switzerland and internationally.
